Sometime after updating an app you may experience crashing.

To update successfully, follow these steps:

  1. 1.Remove the app from your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch

  2. 2.Shut down your device all the way

  3. 3.Restart your device and reload the app.


Try to recreate the problem.

If the problem persists, you can help us find it and fix it.

Please email the following to apps@hotcocoagames.com:

1. What happened? Crash? Freeze?

2. What steps lead to it happening? The more detail the better...

3. Screen-grab of the problem, if possible

4. The app's crash log.

To get the crash log, first sync your app.


Then look for the file in these locations:


Mac OS:

/Users/<username>/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME>


Vista/Windows7:

C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME>


Windows XP:

C:\Documents and Settings\[USERNAME]\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/[DEVICE_NAME]
